Boilers & Central Heating
Whether your boiler has given up on the coldest day of the year or your radiators never quite get warm, I can sort it. I install new boilers and full central heating systems, repair existing ones, and service them every year so they don’t surprise you.
If something breaks, I’ll always try to repair before replacing — and I’ll explain what’s wrong in plain English before any work starts.
Radiators cold at the top or making a racket? They probably need to vent — I’ll soon have them piping down.

Gas Safety Certificates & Servicing
I’m Gas Safe registered (No. 526015) and carry out landlord gas safety inspections and certificates, plus annual servicing for boilers, cookers and fires.
Landlords and letting agents are especially welcome — I look after whole portfolios, servicing every property in one go, and I’m happy to arrange key collection and drop the paperwork back afterwards, so tenanted properties are no hassle.

General Plumbing & Repairs
The bread and butter: responsive, day-to-day repairs on anything plumbing. Taps repaired or replaced, leaks found and fixed, toilets that won’t stop running, outside taps fitted for the garden.
Small jobs are never too small — most of my work starts with “it’s probably nothing, but…”.

Bathrooms & Kitchens
From fitting a complete new bathroom suite to swapping a kitchen tap or plumbing in the dishwasher, I do neat, careful work and leave the place as clean as I found it.

Unvented Cylinders & Hot Water
I install and repair unvented hot water cylinders, and can diagnose the wider hot water system when showers run cold or pressure drops off.
In short: I’ll get you into hot water. The good kind.

Blocked Drains & Drainage
Blocked toilet, sink that won’t drain, or a gully overflowing outside — I clear blockages and sort drainage issues before they become a bigger (and smellier) problem. A blocked loo is a draining experience for everyone; best fixed fast.
